Many people have come and commented on my recent transformation. And needless to say, I was and still am flattered. What is amazing is that people still think that only a quick fix can yield such a tremendous weightloss and transformation. You see I didn’t change, I literally transformed. I am going to be 45 years old this October, and feel better, look better and have more energy than I did when I was 20.
I gave an interview recently, to a journalist who has followed my weightloss, and even though the interview was light and fun to read, very inspirational and motivational, and written by a very able and eloquent woman, I still felt that I need to say something. Give my account of the story.
As the weightloss and transformation belong to me, and to my numerous teachers, it is only fair that I share how the weightloss happened.
In short – it happened in a simple way. The kilos went quietly as they came in. I didn’t even invite them to leave. They just did. I guess they overstayed their welcome. I was no longer a healthy environment in which they could thrive and grow in numbers.
And albeit their seemingly overnight departure, the transformation process started happening a while ago. In fact, it started when I started searching deep within myself.
You see, we all go through phases in our lives when we look within, but many people get bored and stop, they get enticed with quick fix offers, and instant solutions, and new age, pop psychology hogwash, and before they know it, they are back to square one. Disappointed, frustrated and left to hang high and dry.
I was there too, until I came across a special brand of NLP – New Code NLP. Those of you who know me and are familiar with my work, know too well the effects and results it offers. So, having spent years learning it and I still do, as NLP is a living organism and evolves constantly, compulsively obsessively applying it to all spheres of my life where I needed long lasting results, the time has come to start seriously applying it to myself. Not things and situations and various contexts in my life, but myself #360me. And that’s when the transformation happened.
I stopped complicating things, I simplified and streamlined. I went so deep within, that the only thing that I could meet in the depths of my being was my Intention and myself. From there, from what was in front of me, there was nowhere to hide. There was no one more important and in need of my help, than myself.
Sure, clients, friends and family members are important, but not like they were before. This time, in order to fully give, without feeling shortchanged, I was reminded and invited to give to myself. A lot! Everything! All that I desire…And more!
Intentions are the doorway to ourselves. Without them, nothing can really begin, nothing can truly happen, nor let alone be longlasting.
They are the strongest force in the Universe. They keep us so close to our Soul, and the only way for us to thrive is in this Divine Union.
So there I was, facing the biggest mirror of them all – the mirror to my Soul and the Intention that was reflected in the mirror. All I needed was there. And all I had to do was start communicating my intention to the right entity. And that’s where the New Code NLP comes super handy.
In the New Code NLP, all that is worth doing is done through effective communication with the Unconscious. In other words, Intention is sent to the Unconscious and the Unconscious is then given the not so easy task, given its prior programming and beliefs, of looking for the alternative ways and solutions to create new and everlasting change.
This is done through a series of simple and elegant steps, that required my full attention and focus, and consistent and regular self-application.
Needless to say…with everything we want to achieve in our lives we must apply ourselves fully, and walk our talk. Not allow others to go the distance for us. We have a choice to choose the intention, and to give the task of finding the most efficient way to meet that intention, to our Unconscious. In other words, this is like choosing a holiday…you explore and set a set of criteria (intentions) and then ask Google to show you the destinations that meet your critera. In this case, Google is your Unconscious. It knows what you want (intentions) and it chooses alternative ways to get you to the desired destination.
Now, this may sound like a total surprise to some of you, but sometimes, alternative ways of doing and being, that the Unconscious chooses for you, may not be to everyone’s liking. Those close to you may object, as you are no longer trapped in their expectations. But that’s the beautify of following your Bliss…you are no longer dependent on other people’s expectations of you. Other people’s opinions no longer matter. All that matters is You. Your intentions. Your Unconscious. And the State or the series of States that are available to you as a result of this process.
It’s simple. It’s not easy. If it were easy, everybody would be doing it.
And I am sharing this with you, because I know you are not everybody. I intuitively know that you want more for yourself. More of your life. I know that you want what is best for you. I also know that on some level, you are fed up with quick fixes and instant solutions, that cost you more than the destination, should you have been better equipped to choose, would cost you.
In New Code NLP we value you and respect your Genius enough, to not teach you theory. Instead, we show you practical tools, that when skilfully applied yield amazing results and give you a total transformation. Not a change, but transformation. In New Code we don’t hold onto beliefs that sound nice, but mean nothing. We know that the only transformation worth talking about is the one you have undergone, and not the one that you wish could happen.
